BSSO sagittal split osteotomy for carrying a perfect occlusion after my orthodontic treatment that involved a Class 2 malocclusion with anterior gape, after that the second part of surgery some years later involved a miniwing genioplasty with bone graft to fill the gap for the planned advancement
