You can even go on Clav's stream and when he bring up the idea of surgery, even the people who can easily afford the best surgeon for the procedure and these are also people who show there faces 8 hours a day online infront of thousands of people and they still wouldn't even do it n thought of the idea as crazy.
Most people let alone cant afford this and dont make there face seen by that many so I think its not gonna go anywhere besides soft maxing copes n so on (which do nothing)
