Some good some bad. I've been experimenting primal diet is personally not the best for me for my goals. But it may be good for some.

i've been recently following Aajonus' primal diet ,and it is pretty much effective for overall health

i think it's optimal butt i wish i could apply it, raw dairy and grass fed beef, pasteurized eggs they aren't in normal super markets and they are hella expensive in where i live, 8 dollah for 1L of raw milk, how can a teen afford that

8 dollars is crazy.. do you live in a big city?

i pay around 1.8 bucks for 1L - which is still expensive, in a small village you'd have it for free or for 10 cents a L lol.

honestly i do like the fact thats its getting people away from all the slop that we have been marketed our entire lives. I do believe that goatis is a retard but I would much rather have him argue between things like raw and cooked animal products in comparison to soy sludge and vegetables yk?
