I keep seeing vids like this where doctor proves wolfs law, for context sean strickland’s leg not only has higher density from mma but has a white layer which is surrounding the bone giving it a “thicker” appearance.

yeah but take into account its taken him years for minimal gains, he started when he was 14 and basically trains almost daily for hours

he probably wasn't hitting his legs with a hammer though, these were all passive gains while he trained other things. if you focused on a certain area you could get better gains than him

yeah and took hgh and or test alongside that then for sure u could see some gains in even a year
