Semi famous Tiktoker received a bimax and genioplasty. seems to have been a fairly black pilled doctor as the genioplasty was recommended by the dr themselves (he was referred for the binax, genio is referring specialists personal recommendation).

Allegedly he is receiving the surgery for medical reasons but find it hard to believe.

EASE will expand the face laterally. I’ve seen some impressive results. Also, you could always get custom zygo implants with lateral augmentation if you are narrow in terms of bizygomatic width and want to improve in that way.
