problem is people think swelling will go down exactly how YOU want it to go down and not that it will just do whatever his body wants (storing fat somewhere else, scar tissue, uncanny proportions due to skin, muscle, fat, etc), its not that swelling will highlight precisely his cheekbones, jaw, eyes, ramus, whatever, you just CANT tell how he is gonna look in the future with precision, sure he may look slightly better but was it worth it?
