time between aqualyx

Yo i was wondering what u guys think is the minimum time to wait between aqualyx session. I've done my first on the first of mai and i was thinking doing 4 in total with 4-3-3 weeks between them. I've seen people talking about waiting 6 weeks between sessions but it's kinda retarded if u know 1 wouldnt be enough. Also is licodaine cream gonna reduce the pain or not cuz I did my first session completly raw and it was hurting like crazy so i bought licodaine cream but idk if it will rly make big diff.
Also should u use bcp/glow stack when doing aqualyx cuz i've seen that u shouldnt be taking anti inflamatory so for my first session i didnt take glow for like 4 days but idk if it's useful or nah
Prob gonna make bigger post / guide when all my sessions will be done to share my experience with aqualyx
