This assumes that you remember every year as exactly the same. If u had the same experiences every year then yes the first few would be more memorable than the last dozens.
But in reality you don’t experience every moment as the same; your perception of time is based off the memories you make. How much do u remember from the first 3 yrs of ur life? Probably only a few instances, maybe even nothing. So looking back on ur life the first 3 years of ur life would not take up almost a quarter of ur lifespan like they do on the graph. Also as u get older u experience new and different things. Most people won’t have sex till they’re like 16+, so when they do that’ll be a new memory that takes up a lot of brain space. Same with moving out, raising kids, travelling, etc.
TLDR: this graph is doomer cope
