Its probably earlier but this is a good cut-off, there is no feeling of past snd future no more, months pass by so fast that you may as well feel 40 or 50 when you are in your 20's, cause you will be 50 "tomorrow", its super close, the 30 years gap is an illusion. 14 and 20 are light years more appart then 20 and 50

True. Only thing you can do to fight it is having a very versatile and dynamic life.

Different jobs, different places you live, differemt friends, different girls, different hobbies, etc.

Once your life falls into a pattern. Year go by like weeks.
