Time for another fast

Haven't eaten for like 17 hrs now, so we'll see how long I can go. I'm gonna use an easy approach without pressure. Just go through it gently and if I feel that I have to stop then I'll stop.

Maybe I'll meditate. Have some green tea, supplements, long walks, hot and cold shower. Really try to get in a calm, harmonious flow.

I'm at like 24 hrs now. Do you think I should continue? I mean, my body feels fine, although I'm getting some slight hunger cravings for the food I just bought.

Do alternate day fasting it’s easy as fuck and you’ll burn way more calories than dumb redditors burning muh 500 a day.

30 hrs now. Think I'm starting to go into ketosis. HGH running high. Think I'll keep going for a bit.
