heard many people talk about the benefits of mouth guard clenching such as:

reduced gonian angle
straighter ramus
longer ramus
larger masseter
reduced antegonial notch

for someone in puberty who has easier bone remodelling and easier hypertrophy, how long would it take to start to see there results?

Just don't clench your teeth, and chew 15 minutes per day with strong resistance. Make sure to buy products designed for your molars and not your incisors and canines. Doing this daily for a year or so will give you massaters that women cannot resist.

if your gonna chew your u should do more than 15mins your hit gonna get much teults from that if any. clenching doesn’t require movement so your chances of getting tmj from it are close to none whilst getting the benefits from excessive chewing. look at the people with bruxism they all have mogger jawlines. just make sure you use a mouth guard so u don’t fuck your teeth

I guess you could do mouth guard clenching but it is much more time consuming + u might develop an unhealthy habit. Also, 15 minutes is definitely enough if you've got the right resistance.
Both methods will develop the masseter and square your jaw. So go ahead if you feel comfortable with it, personally I wouldn't though.

such as? masseter hypertrophy is very commonly spoken about that people have posted results. @Blackgymmax posted his 4 month chewing results here recently. anyone with bruxism is proof that it works

Are you sure this is accurate? If you look up bruxism before and after (teeth grinding), they have huge jawbones/muscle. Once they paralyze it with botox, it shrinks.

yes this is true but the after if what they’d look like if they never did teeth grinding proving clenching causes hypertrophy

Ah okay, I thought you were saying the "after" is what happens after clenching. In my experience, clenching has also widened my face. But, It's safer to chew hard food and for a long time. It wont fuck up your teeth, TMJ, etc. etc.

with the teeth, using a mouth guard would prevent teeth from being damaged. and tmj i personally think would be reduced as there is no movement of the jaw where as which chewing there is constant movement which would make it more likely to get tmj from chewing i think
