Time frame to get best physique for female gaze

Assuming your diet, recovery, and lifting are all dialed in, how long do you guys think it takes to get a true female gaze gym physique?

Personally, i think 6 months of newbie gains and then a 12-16 week 500mg test cycle is all thats needed, you could probably lift for maintenance gains after that point. Maybe just focusing on something like shoulders for a wider frame after that.

this is my plan btw , might throw in 4iu of hgh for the cycle but i got a family history of heart disease so im not adamant on it

Depends,maybe never if you stay natty with bad genetics

Might be 2 weeks if you blast metribolone with hgh and have pretty good good genetics

Pretty much what I did, trained 7-8 months natty, ran 500 test 8 iu hgh on bulk, then recently lost 14 lbs in 4weeks on tren and recomped and lost 0 muscle gained crazy strength

mirin, only thing i would’ve done different was use reta to cut instead of tren cause that’s just more pct you gotta do ykwim.

atp do you think you’re gonna run another cycle or are the gains you made sufficient to lift naturally for the rest of time?

I am also on Reta lol, and idc about fertility, I busted in a foid yesterday raw, I’m staying on cycle, blast and cruise
