yea i mean this is kinda scary tough, having this with all those implants in aswell. And the infras are even connecred to the leforte. Like in worst case this cant be solved with lower jaw surgery only if the upper teeth has followed down or shifted with too. Which is very likely since nothing has become stable right now so problems can transfer. This could be a mess
