Giant implants can say what he wants about design but he doesn't work with surgeons that stand out at all

Cope, he’s not botched Giant actually placed them that way on purpose knowing they would shift after 12 weeks to become perfectly symmetrical. Giant Implants doesnt do things halfway, and I personally can’t wait to meet with the greatest designer / surgeon / inventor / engineer / artist that history has ever produced for my own case. Clearly you’re just jealous of these Chads Giant is cranking out left and right. For Giant, turning a subhuman to a Chad comes as naturally as breathing air.

hes still looking a bit botched im ngl how long does the swelling take to fully go down
a normal bimax has 60% ish of the swelling gone after 1 month, with residual swelling gone after the 1 year mark ish.

He isn't even a month in.

Symmetry looks slightly off?
Am I tripping
Nah ur right we are adjusting the left BSSO PLate/Jaw Angle Implant next week.
Immediately when I saw the scans a few days ago I told him we have to. It's pushed back 1.5mm too far which magnifies to a 3mm midline asymmetry. We will remove the 2.0 screws, adjust the placement, and replace with 2.3mm screws. It will be a quick 30-minute adjustment and everything will be back on track.

What causes this to happen?
Is it just a common issue with multiple surgeries and implants in one go, alot of stress on the bones ?

It's just something that can happen in major surgeries. Hes the only one with bite problems the rest all have a perfect bite.
I dont mind people seeing the process at all I think it just shows a realistic snapshot of the process and how issues are dealt with. Im glad to repel anyone expecting perfection every time because that doesnt exist in the surgery world.

I've always thought after seeing the combined BSSO/Jaw angle that it could make it difficult to adjust later, e.g if the jaw angle was to be moved and the BSSO plate was in an ideal position then it would mean the BSSO plate would need to be removed without need. Or if the jaw angles were replaced, same thing, the bsso gap defect cover would have to come off and replaced or discarded. Couldn't the jaw angle wrap around the bottom of the BSSO gap while the plate covers part of the upper section without both of them being one piece?

Or screwed into each other in a way where the jaw angle can be detached but on install it is one piece
