he properly hardmaxxed by leaning out. Lots of ppl are boneless, but his cheekbones actually looked pretty wide, he literally is covered by subcutaneous fat or bloating or both.

If he had just leaned out then he could actually see what he has to work with but got convinced to do jaw surgery even tho his jaw is completely hidden by fat
