Pretty sure giant said he is gonna redo his implants cuz they’re asymmetrical

but his bite is still misaligned and if he has lip incompetence too man idk guess he’s jus gonna have to redo like the whole surgery

I really think he went wrong getting bimax esp wo any ortho like mf had to have tad screws put in his jaw for the rubber band application to help his jaw heal correctly cuz there’s no braces on his teeth n u can see how well that worked lol

N honestly u cant even tell if that was the main issue or not cuz the implants were applied asymmetrically which are also the plates for his bsso so the osteotomy itself coulda started out wrong to begin w so idek truly jus thinkin out loud but glad im not in his position

Do you think bimax was unavoidable or could he just have gotten a genio and called it a day? His facial convexity wasn’t even that bad in the before but he kind of looks better overall after with longer mandible maybe idk

He wasn’t even a bimax candidate to begin with and most certainly didn’t need it for any kind of aesthetic benefit

Pretty sure he was both skeletal and dental class 1 as well

The problem with his face isn’t lack of projection or a deformity that needed to be resolved thru smt like bimax it’s just the lack of harmony and bad features

I have a very similiar side profile to this dude, actually not to different from timothy himself before, not alot of forward growth and technically i could fix it with a genioplasty and get good facial convexity but my MANDIBLE, like this dudes sort of, doesnt have alot of definiton from the side unlike chris hemsworth for example, which is also why im interested in advancing it forward for like more show of the mandible bone. I feel like if you dont have anteface but orthognathic thats fine as long as you have like good mandible show/definition but i dont realy have that, sort of like dude in the picture. Idk i just dont know if genio would be enough but that is what im aiming for
