Hard to say. He is still swollen a lot right now. The implants look good. The bimax was pointless and could have botched him even, considering he's mentioned his bite is giga-fucked a week after the fact, although it could resolve itself with time. The rhino wasn't great.

Anyone who's been at least HTN in their lifetime knows face is more important than height, but at 5'5 I honestly feel tremendously bad for timothy because he's not going to have a good dating experience whether these surgeries end up looking good or not
