Tinder and sim card problem

After i got blocked with my own phone number, i bought 2 sim cards from different companies and still couldnt register to tinder. They are blocking me as soon as i type in the phone number. Seems like they tracked my registered apple id from the app store?? How is this possible?

Yeah they do track your apple id. Use badoo, they never ask for phonenumber.

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling then putting your info in?

Yes. And i even used a vpn for a different ip.
