I've done this like billions of times by now. It's by far the easiest way to do this if you're high inhib. The girl is already stopped and you have an excuse to start talking and have a non-sexual convo. If you try to stop a girl while she's moving, you have to come on way stronger and you don't have time to build up the courage to make a move. You just have to go right away. She's also walking -- which makes it so much harder. Lines are by far the easiest, most low risk places to approach. Perfect for high inhib newbies to cold approach.

Tinder is absolutely useless without social media backing it up. Even if u successful and get matches with hot women they still ask for social media. Basically, anyone who uses Tinder without somewhat good insta is cockblocking himself at least 70% of slays.
