Does anyone know how to get rid of Tinea versicolor, on the chest and neck?

positive its not, vitiligo doesn't flake when scratched, Tinea versicolor when you scratch it with you're nail
its like scratching you're self when u have dry skin but just tinea is everywhere chest, neck etc...

this is what I found online:
- Ketoconazole cream, gel, or shampoo
- Ciclopirox cream, gel, or shampoo
- Fluconazole tablets or oral solution
- Itraconazole tablets, capsules, or oral solution
- Selenium sulfide lotion or shampoo 2.5%.
