Tinted sunscreen and bb cream

I already bought a bb cream so should I buy a tinted sunscreen as well or should I just stick to a normal sunscreen as it may be too much?

Also a question on how to apply

Firstly I cleanse then put on a mousterizer then the sunscreen and then then the bb cream?

Is that a good order or should I change it up

If I do get a tinted can I use tinted first then put b cream on top?
