Im starting tret soon and therefore need a sunscreen.

If any of yall have good experience with a tinted sunscreen please lmk. I can’t seem to find something that people don’t say break them out.

I’m considering this one, but it has very mixed opinions:

Just seeing a lot of people that say it broke them out because it has too much alcohol or sum shit.

There’s a million different sunscreens from la roche posay so i’m having a hard time choosing.

It breaks me out sometimes when I apply to my nose. Gives me blackheads

You should be fine as long as you wash it off at the end of the day or it’ll clog your pores.

i would say tinted sunscreens are not worth using. it's basically makeup as you know so clogged pores are inevitable, and i'm not sure where you got the idea that tret means you need sunscreen. hopefully not from those retards on reddit

tret and other retinoids degrade and lose efficacy after application if you are exposed to any sort of light (with UV degrading it the most). that's why it's ideal to apply at night and be done

what would u recommend for mild eczema/redding and redbumps

i did a carticosteroid and just use hypoallergenic creams but idk what else to do

oh yeah and i wanna improve general skin smoothness

Yeah i might honestly just get a normal sunscreen instead, don’t wanna risk breaking out or looking like a retard.

But idk where i got that i need sunscreen from either, just didn’t know how long tret would actively stay on skin when applied.
But either way i guess sunscreen would be a good idea, as my skin is gonna be hella dry and irritated when i start tret.

idk much about eczema but ik there are injections out there that help it a lot like Dupixent. maybe for redness azaleic acid or KPV i'm not sure exactly what u mean

don't use corticosteroids except maybe hydrocortisone because the stronger ones lower collagen. also TSW is a thing with long-term but idk how likely u are to get it in general even on the weaker ones

what helped my skin smoothness the most was low dose accutane and dutasteride. on close to 400 test my skin looks more poreless (and better) than it was natty and i have no gotten a single pimple anywhere on my body mostly because of those two. also if u got acne scarring and that's what's fucking up your skin smoothness doing mesotherapy (+ subcision while you inject) under each scar with a pure PN skin booster helps

apply tret 1 hour before bed i would say. if you are counting on sunscreen to moisturize just apply moisturizer after but yeah sunscreen is a good idea regardless

Js wash it off when ur done wearing it and it shouldn’t clog ur pores I think, leaving it on or sleeping with it is bad

the redness is probably just eczema lmao

and yes the corticosteroid i used was temporarily hydrocortisone

ill probs just hop on accutane when im on roids and get azelaic acid temporarily and cope with some topical ghkcu

i’ll do morning: wash with water - moisturizer - sunscreen

Evening - cleanser - lil bit of moisturizer - tret - moisturizer.

I’ll look into it. But the moisturizer has worked nicely so far.

1-1.5 mg dutasteride ED
10-15 mg accutane ED

both while on 350 test so just halve the doses if you’re natty
Any side effects of Duta? And how can they be avoided?

Thank you for answer<3

Fucked libido and no idea

Also potential dick fibrosis if you don’t microdose cialis with it which shouldn’t be a problem if you go to the gym

Maybe higher e2 from higher test

But don’t take it if you are under 18 unless you are on cycle.

Haven’t bought a sunscreen yet. I can’t seem to find anything that fits well for my skin.

I’m probably gonna buy the iunik beta glucan spf tho, once i get my money up.
