Use exfoliating agents to unclog pores, I would use an AHA like glycolic acid in your case, and then use retinoids (I would recommend starting with retinol) to speed up cell turnover. In about a month or two they should have disappeared. (Don't forget to wear a non-comedogenic broad spectrum sunscreen)
