crooked nose, did alot of thai boxing back in the days so i fucked upp my nose, its also tilted to the left a little. i want to achieve straight nose and smaller, and of course not tilted

If you're gonna go to turkey you need to be very careful with who you choose. Almost every single one of them has the same "style" of nose that they do on all of their patients. If this doesnt fit you it will look horrible.

Im tryna get rhino done with alar base reduction for a slightly slimmer nose (improves mouth to nose ratio) should I go to Turkey or stick to seeing one of the top 20 US rhino surgeons? (Money is not a problem)
