Idk why but alot of normies hate the taste so i tried something today and i tested it on my mom just a smoothie and blend in 200g of liver add something strong i personally did strawberries and banana u cant taste it bcus liver doesnt taste like anything really

I get it from my local butcher its good quality as i stated it doesnt taste like anything to me its kinda like a calcium supplement it tastes like for me lol but for people and imo its just for most ppl the feeling “omg im eating a organ”

The liver’s job is to process and neutralize toxins — break them down, transform them, and send them out of the body (via urine or bile). It does not act as a storage tank for toxins.


What it does store are nutrients (vitamin A, B12, iron, copper) and sometimes small amounts of heavy metals if the animal was exposed to them. In normal, healthy food animals this is very low and regulated.


So eating liver from healthy, well-raised animals is generally safe and very nutrient-dense.
