its a autistic orthodontic device that pulls your maxilla forward , usually this used to fix underbite but you can buy some bow without the chin hold thingy oh and you have to wear it for 1-2 years for permanant resulst (the changes will start after 6 months but wont be permanant if you stop using it and you have to use it for 12 hours a day) and it changes your nose shape(completely depends on the person) cs your maxillla gets more projected

try it if you want tho in worst case your maxilla will become better(dont expect dramatic changes)
