How do I fix loose skin, and what else to do to cope with a bad jawline and high bf%. Alr go to gym 5 times a week and cardio everyday.
 
what youre doing now is on the right track, since youre only 16 and assumingly in late puberty you dont have much to worry abt. With your loose skin just fill the areas with muscle and itll be a little better, especially chest, arms, and shoulders. Alongside that you should fix anything bad with your diet and make sure to stay consistent with it. With your jawline concerns, youre already doing a large part of ti which is losing BF but still, doing hyoid training will help you. Back to diet, you should cut processed foods and processed sugars, eat in a calorie deficit and incorporate more protein into your diet, this is all if youre not donig so already. Sleep will also be a big factor, aim for 8 hours it more important then you think. IF you really cant stay consistent just weight loss peptides
