hello hope you all are feeling amazing uh so bulk is finally finished thank god im 5”9 and 16 yo i bulked up to 102kg this season and have so far cut down to 91kg in about 2 weeks (picture above) , im on a nice calorie deficit and still hitting my protein I am a natural and aiming to compete next year. Would you guys please be a massive help and give me advice on how to get leaner more efficiently also please tell me what I can do to work on my arms a little bit more I fear they get mogged by my legs/back. Thank you brahs sorry for long message ❤️

I think that rear delts need massive work in order to get them balanced with my front delts

Well just use natural hunger killers like water, sparkling water,tea,coffe,0 sugar sodas,gum etc

I suppress with nicotine also I just eat chicken breast / fish and beef I don’t believe in sugar
 
gym cells spawn tell me how to fix the rear delt properly bc why is this shit so disproportionate
 
With just one pic it's hard to tell if it's really disproportionate but doing lateral raises will bring up your rear delts.

gang I spam lateral raises pretty much every day and front raises but my rear delts never grow no matter what

Well over head press or rear delt/pec fly machine.
bro I’ve been doing so many on the fly machine , I think the problem is I just need to slow down on my lateral raises and start running more rear delts
