Tips and opinions on plans for genio + rhino

Morphs should be attached to bottom (before after )
- rhinoplasty
- genioplasty
- slight lip filler
- very small amount of filler in the indentation beetween my bottom lip and chin

I'm 17 and am leaving for university I plan on saving money next summer and getting a rhinoplasty and then the next summer getting a genioplasty

I would appreciate some insight and opinions
My main concerns are
- are the morphs realistic
- is there any changes u would make

And whatever else u want to say any help is appreciated
