After a bunch of hard work I've gone from mid or low ltn to what I would say is mid or low mtn.

Im treating this as my new base and am gonna try to improve as much as possible on my base, I might need genioplasty but I think that is really the only hardmaxx I need if I'll even need it.

Please tell me what I can improve and what you would rate me

aqualyx for the face fat, see orc's threads (unless you’re just fat overall),debloat with eplerenone and hctz, accutane (obviously) and the goatee doesn’t look thick enough so you could try some frauding there, i'd give you lhtn potential tbh

Thank you man im on accutane rn and my goatee was really thick but I used the wrong guard when trimming so I've gotta wait another month for it to grow back to what it was

Im on accutane normally I have nicer lips but theyre very dry

eplerenone makes you shit out your sodium (salt) and hang on to more potassium, hctz reduces overall electrolytes, together they result in crazy debloating, you can get them from indiamart very cheap
