Don't think about surgeries yet, you're not done developing anyway. Currently you need to go to a dentist and make sure your shit is pristine. Also take care of your skin, if you've got a solid skin care routine already, then you might need accutane. Also get tanned, it mogs

I do need braces I'm just waiting for my parents to let me and I'm going to take accutane soon, thanks for the help
