Please do not take testosterone at 14 years old like some people are recommending.
You're speed-running endocrine issues.
Most you can do is go to the gym, and maybe apply a few topical products that aren't harsh on your body, like tretinoin (should be okay to take at 14).
Don't ever adopt a skincare routine.
Eat well.
Exercise.

Commercial products are just that. They have extremely insignificant dosages of anything relevant, and then other ingredients that give the illusion of being good for your skin but just exacerbate the issue.
I don’t think any skincare products are maliciously shit to get you to continue buying more to try and fix your worsening skin, but they are shit regardless.
