Tips for a cut?

I'm on a cut (2550 calories while 190cm and 86 kgs) and all tho i lost a lot of weight shit is slow and "painful". what can i do to sped up the process except hopping on reta? also is 2550 cals good for losing 0.5 kgs a week?

also is that you on your pfp?
Do it for a few week and track your weight every morning after peeing. If scale goes up or down move cals more or less based on how well you handle the cut . The best and easiest way of cardio is to do zone 2 cardio every day 20-40mins. Worked for me brother
You cannot speed it up bro it’s a slow procces unless you starve yourself or hop on a GLP

add cardio. i typically do an exercise bike for 2 hours or so while i watch a movie every day on a cut
