use 30G or 27G needle and inject only 4 spots per one cheek to see how you react and inject 3-4mm deep now. after that you can try injecting deeper like 8-12mm. Inject 0.2ml per spot. dont inject near the cheekbone because the is a risk of skin sagging. Inject middle of cheek and near ramus
