Tips for fixing very fucked up sleep schedule?

I can never sleep on time no matter how hard I try it seems like, even if I put down my phone and shit I just cant sleep. I usually fall asleep at 7:00 am to 9:00 am and wake up around 1-3pm. And even the days I do fall asleep at a normal time I somehow sleep all the way until these times anyway? Its ruining my life niggers help!!! :feelswhy:

Throw any devices away, work as much as possible.

Wait out until 6-8PM the next day and go to sleep at this time
