I have been natty about 1 year in gym so far I’m 186 cm and 165 lbs looking for tips in terms of split diet and maybe extra suplents even some half natty stack like enclo and mk that anyone might recommend to run

You look great for one year in the gym. Also dont even try mk its shit, i did it and the only thing that happed was that i slept a tiny bit better (maybe placebo) and i felt like my muscles regenerated faster but nothing hapend where i could say that it really worked
