my maxfac looked at me and said my flaws without me having to tell him first, like he read my mind
i then had a visit with his associate -female- dentist who told me i dont really need it, despite having a flat face, expression lines, poor chin and jaw

they just dont have the eye for this

Well then go to a different dentist. Go to so many different ones until one of them provides you with the diagnosis. Also never go to female docs

Maxfac surgeons work with dentists, in this case it was all in the same clinic. It was just her opinion, her job was only to make clay models of my mouth and photos.
