Surgery is very cheap for Turkish citizens. But surgeons like to overcharge people depending on the country you are coming from. If you are contacting them on Whatsapp and booking your surgery through there, do so with a phone number from a poorer country.
For example, if you are black and from US. Buy a Nigerian Whatsapp account. The surgeons will quote you significantly less if they think you are coming from a poor country. If you are white, larp as coming from some eastern european country
When you arrive in person, obviously they will tell by your accent that you are from US/UK, if they try to increase prices then, stand firm and show them the quote they gave on whatsapp and say you will leave
