Tips for Maxilla growth at 17

I know that bones are mostly genetics but is there a way to promote maxillary growth? And can you still do it at 17? Some people say your facial bones dont suture till youre 25/can still grow till youre 25 and i just wanted to know the best method (except obviously hardmaxxing) bc its my biggest failio imo and i want to improve it if possible.
