tips for maxxing higher es ratio

my es ratio is a unfortunately high, .51 around. and i’m white so it looks pretty un harmonic, does anyone have any hood strategies to fraud it, i already read some of ipd maxxing but it’s not that specific, i’m probably going to start by getting my eyebrows closer but i’m not sure if there’s any actually working eye brow serums besides a chemical like minoxidil/lattise, and its prob not worth it if you’re young
