I’ve been seeing a lot of new roiders or people wanting to hop on so here are some tips from someone who started at 14.
Very short and water guide.
Before starting I want you to know the risks of roids and risks for pinning at a premature age.
COMMON SIDE EFFECTS
CARDIOVASCULAR STRAIN
TESTOSTERONE SUPPRESION
ESTROGENIC SIDE EFFECTS
ANDROGENIC EFFECTS
HEPATOTOXICITY
KIDNEY STRAIN
PSYCHOLOGICAL EFFECTS
PRE COMPLETED PHYSIOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT USAGE SIDE EFFECTS
PREMATURE EPIPHYSEAL CLOSURE
NEURODEVELOPMENTAL INTERRUPTION/ INTERRUPTED BRAIN REMODELING.
So.. keep that in mind before hopping on young bhais.
HOW TO PREVENT?
ANDROGENIC EFFECTS
for the main androgenic side effects it will be acne and hair loss (if predisposed to the gene).
For acne we will want to use a retinoid like accutane or tret.
Retinol is decent as well.
Alongside ghk-cu to keep skin health good and heal acne scars.
As for hair loss you mainly want to prevent DHT from binding to hair follicles.
You can either use dutasteride or finasteride which work systemically through oral consumption.
Or you can use RU58841, a topical anti androgen.
Alongside some min you’ll be good.
ESTROGENIC EFFECTS
As for the estrogenic side effects our main concern will be Gynecomastia or commonly known as Gyno and water retention.
The reason this happens is due to testosterone aromatizing into estrogen.
So to prevent this we will need an AI (Aromatase Inhibitors).
But this doesn’t mean to blindly use it, get bloodwork to see if you need it and through your body indicators.
We can also use certain types of SERMS that block estrogen receptors, but using an AI is much better imo.
CARDIOVASCULAR STRAIN
Roids obviously put a pretty heavy weight on your cardiovascular system, so we will need some supplements to help it on cycle.
common and effective supplements are
Omega-3 fatty acids to improve HDL and reduce inflammation
Citrulline malate to support vascular function
Krill oil which is great for lipids
Vitamin E and Niacin B3
DHA
Limit the usage of orals (which are shit anyway just use the injectable versions)
HEPATOTOXICITY AND LIVER STRAIN
alright so for the liver and kidneys to not absolutely fail on us we will need some precautions.
The best supplements are,
N-acetylcysteine (NAC)
Milk thistle (silymarin)
Taurine
Tudca
Multivitamin with B-complex and vitamin D if deficient.
And probably the best Glutathione, commonly used for PCT but I use it on cycle and pct, just up the dose a little for pct.
And the omega-3 acids, hydration is very important.
TESTOSTERONE SUPPRESSION
probably one of the biggest concerns hopping on gear..
your body getting hit with unnatural amounts of testosterone leads it to stop natural production, which can also cause testicular shrinkage.
The only way to bring back natural production is to hop off and start PCT, as for testicular shrinkage..
To prevent this we will simply use HCG on cycle and for pct.
GENERAL TIPS
here are some general but great tips for pinning.
PIN DAILY.
Pinning is so much better than weekly or 2-3x/w injections, they keep hormonal levels more stable and reduce side effects.
HOW TO INJECT
You can pin either IM or subQ it’s the same thing really just a difference in how long it takes to fully absorb, here are the best injection sites for IM
Look more into it by yourself, I personally do shallow IM using an insulin needle.
BLOODWORK
should be obvious, bloodwork to track everything.
BODY FAT
while it’s okay to hop on at a higher body fat it’s best to hop on a little leaner, you won’t have to cut which means you can eat at maintenance or a surplus for the best growth, and being fatter naturally causes you to aromatize more.
That’s all I can think of at the moment, obviously diet is important training well blah blah.. oh and donating blood is good as well for you.. and I personally use aspirin it helps.
If you have any other wonders or questions you’d probably benefit more visiting BOTB.
