i’m 15 what are my main flaws, what can i do to fix them, and how can i make my nose look less bulbous

you have great skin so i would try hydrocortisone first, but you can do accutane as well at a low dose it doesnt matter

Hydrocortisone only makes your nose less red and makes your nose smaller if you have inflammation you don’t appear to have any so only use accutane because it shrinks sebaceous glands and actually makes your nose smaller

I think he should do accutane because hydrocortisone only works if your nose is inflamed but that doesn’t appear to be the case
