Tips for potential while still growing!

Hi im 13 years old and currently taller than 175. brown eyes, brown hair, european ( white skin ). 52kg
Are there any tips for extra forward growth and less facial fat cuz im not like fat but my face is bloated as fuck in the morning, and im not really looking for any peptide ( i have nothing against them but still ). cuz alot on tiktok is cope and i need real advise instead of spamming coconut water. and im NOT doing all those strange neck curls cuz there isnt any proof it works. And NO do not talk bout the fact im 13 😭✌️💔.

Ask mommy to read you a bedtime story, it'll increase sleep quality and growth hormones.

How about growing up first? I mean bro you are a child, you will grow, and your face will get slimmer with time. Just eat enough and sleep enough, no need to worry about looks rn😭

no defenetly not like that but i wanted to know if its possible natural, cuz everyting on them other platforms is cope

Eat good
Hit the gym
Don’t stay awake till 3 am
Go outside

You're 13 so you have tons of growth potential and already taller on average for your age
diet, sleep, lifestyle if you optimize all of these your body will be producing proper amounts of testosterone hgh and igf-1

diet - high quality ruminant fats, seafoods, raw dairy (especially raw dairy), seasonal fruits
sleep - 8+ hours a day don't doomscroll before sleep (or ever tbh)
lifestyle - low stress get sunlight everything that your body yearns for

You're 13 so you have tons of growth potential and already taller on average for your age
