Tips For Quitting Alcohol ?

I've been drinking beer everyday for a year so far and i can't stop going everyday to the beer shop right under me, have any of u quit an alcohol addiction if so what were some stuff that helped you

Everytime i try i get the urge to go get a beer can, the shop is literally right beside my building

Move and replace it with a healthier addiction(working out). Ease out of it slowly or go cold turkey. Good luck man

Meditation, join Alcoholics Anonymous, journal about what may be causing the addiction in the first place.

Switch to something else, healthy and organic preferably: weed, opium, coca tea, etc.
