Hey I'm looking at getting a rhinoplasty to ascend sometime in the next 1-2 months. Nose is definitely my biggest failo that I'm aware of.

Does anyone have any tips for this? Things to look out for, what to tell the surgeon, or even surgeon recommendations (already have what seems like a really solid surgeon, but if someone has other ideas please lmk).

I can DM pictures if necessary - thanks for the help in advance

Im doing it. Ive done tons of research and have determined I absolutely need it. Im talking with several surgeons, and im just working on how to finance it. In the next couple days ill be further along. But no scenario where I don't do it by January, although im shooting for late Oct-Nov

Totally get what you mean I just got mine done 5 days ago. Still recovering. One thing I’ll say is make sure you have picked the right surgeon and also remember that the swelling takes a year to go fully down meaning the final result will only be visible after a year. This has been psychologically draining and trying as hell but I hope it will be worth it in the end. good luck

Are you happy with the result so far? How do you feel? Are you just freaking yourself out thinking it got botched?

Where'd you get yours done?

probably not.

yeah. go to someone who only does rhino.
Good advice, and yeah it certainly is haha. I have a pretty good front profile, but from the side it absolutely destroys my face. So my irl harmony is just terrible as a result

What’s the main problem w the nose that you have

don't have them file down the dorsum, change projection, or rotate it unless it looks horrible, just have them make it less bulbous and more refined from the front

My issue is its extremely over projected, so ill need them to probably do all 3
