nah tret is too strong he has minimal acne i would recommend maybe the weakest benzoyl peroxide to kill the trapped bacteria

I want to get azelaic acid bc I heard it helps brightening under eyes , not too sure about tret , I bought niacimanide hwvr u spell it but I haven’t used it is it worth it

He has mild acne, not perfect skin. He can definitely improve with retinoids.

Retinoids. I think oral are better/more effective I'd say you can get perfect skin easy most likely by microdosing isotretinoin. But try creams at least first, might be enough.

Also avoid "acne copes" like benzyl peroxide or whatever those never address the root cause IMO. Better to do that than purely use shit like that and cleansers.

Acne is acne better to perfectionize skin with retinoids than using those cope things that never address the root cause. Everyone has acne bacteria they are only a problem when you have excessive sebum production from oversized and overactive sebaceous glands. Those bacteria cause no issues when your sebum production isn't excessive and pores don't clog.

Fuck acne! Trust me the halo effect of perfect clear skin vs "mild acne" is massive, you feel so much better and sexier too.
