Tips for stealing a bike?

The bike I found on the street a few years ago has a flat tire and I‘m too lazy to fix it and I didn‘t like that bike that much anyway.

I don‘t have enough to buy one so should I just steal one from a well off area or somewhere near a university?

I‘m tired of having to take public transport and always having to look out for a ticket inspector. Lol
