The eye isn’t actually bulging. the maxilla is retruded further back than the eyeball. Picture on the right is an ACTUAL case of it

doesn’t mean he doesn’t have excessive periorbital fat (which makes the eyes appear bulging from the front)

I'll probably only do it in the area you mentioned... but it's also true that using fillers under the eyes in the malar area can cause some discomfort in the long run, from what I've heard... in any case, it seems to me that there's a notable improvement in the profile area by doing it, but in the frontal area, beyond the disappearance of dark circles, which can be easily solved with other procedures, I don't see any huge changes.
