Tips/help on ascending please

if anyone wants to throw out some tips to help me ascend further that would be great my physique is good and i'm always working on it but above the neck wise i'm actively on ghkcu drinking over a gallon of water a day and trying my best to get 8+hrs of sleep per day i really hate my rosacea and my dark circles ik that's from recesed infras but is there anything else i can do here's some pictures of me completely unfrauded if it's over then i'll js get surgery lol

You lack width in your skull mainly the base looks fine and contrast is good. your sphenoid seems to be tilted too. You can always surgically fix the width with fillers whatever. sphenoid misalignment (uneven eyes) the things youd resort to can be like obo which is very expensive and i'd think of it as dangerous. decent side tho

Cus it reconstructs the orbitals an aesthetics surgeon could be asked to help with asymmetry if one eye is higher than the other, he could fat graft to try like fraud it too no?

Uh no? If he has an uneven sphenoid he would need surgery for the sphenoid? Obo is to shorten or lengthen the distance between eyes. Fat grafting also isn't ideal for asymmetry with the sphenoid.

OBO is literally quoted as 'an OBO is the most direct way to fix a "sphenoid-level" problem' bc during the obo the wing of the sphenoid is cut which can let the socket be moved. also yeah i lowk agree with u on the grafting
