You have insane bonemass to begin with which is great best option would be canthoplasty with hazel/greenish contacts for that exotic coloring which will increase your appeal cuz ur ethnic. Also get a proper haircut. If you actually have hairloss get a hair transplant asap if u have the money

Also seems like there is some problems with your chin. Nothing Lefort can’t fix but its a risky procedure. Search for hardmaxxes that fix underbite
